According to Air, Inc, AWAC will be interviewing on the spot at the May career fair in Atlanta.

Usually this indicates an airline that needs pilots quickly. Could AWAC have something up their sleeve or is it just an easy way to grab applicants before they commit to Republic and the likes???

they have nothing up their sleeve - we won't grow until they know what their pilot costs will be. Not until the arbitration is decided. I think attrition is going to pick way up though over the summer and they are seeing the writing on the wall...

Don't tell me you guys got PSA's old DCA-MCO-FLL-EYW stuff. That was one of the best things we had.

Only for this month but don't worry it's too good to last for long.

It's because they can't get anyone who's interested. In April, they had almost no one talking to them at the job fair while lines were out the door at the other carriers:0.
