After the big arbitration victory, has anyone actually received any cash?

How long ago was the ruling?

Just curious.

The initial ruling was about a year ago. So far the award is this: No old contract (2001) back. The concessionary agreement stands. The only pilots that were "wronged" are ones that worked from Oct 2003 to Jan 2005. It's looking like only they will see any remedy which is still being worked out, even the pilots that are now gone. Should know something in a few more weeks. If you ask me, the company is getting off pretty easy.

That sounds like they are getting off very easy. I thought this would affect almost everyone and be a multi-million dollar award.

Can't believe that it's gone on for more than a year.

What happened to the stock money from US Airways? Didn't they triple there investment?

Greedy Bastards!!!

They invested $125 mil and cashed out about $175 mil while hanging on to the remaining stock which has since taken a hit. I don't know what it's worth now. The union and the company are "in talks" for the remedy for all pilots that were on property Oct 03 to Jan 05.
Union says $14 mil.
Company says $6 mil

This has dragged on much further than it should have but those pilots are gonna get $omething.
