What I would like to know, what is ATI like post-Bankruptcy?

What seems to be the current financial condition of this company?

What is the sprit like among the pilots and mechanics?

I have been away from the freight/ACMI side for 5 years. I am looking to come back into the Order of the Sleepless Knights with this company.

There have been many changes on the freight side since I left in 1999. In 1999 ATI did not have a very good reputation and all seemed to go downhill after the 1995 incident.

I am not a pilot but looking into a management level position on the maintenance side and would appreciate some feedback from current or former employees.

I used to be a Maintenance Rep. for them. I was hired right after the 3 engine crash in 95. I mainly worked the Burlington system.

The maint. was descent, atleast from my stand point. If I asked for parts there would be no questions for the most part, If I didnt get what was needed, I kept the airplane on the ground until I did get it. Sure that would ruffle feathers, but they got over it when they saw that I wasnt going to be bullied, and they would try to once in a while.

I left right when Burlington bailed them out, as far as I know from people that still work there, things have improved since then.
