Other than the obvious, stay away and what not. Does anyone have any info on thier hiring status?

I hear that J. Brown is back flyin with them! I guess thats what you get when you nail the sister of the owner!
 
From what I heard, they only hire FO's with an A&P license.
Some days you fly...some others you work in the airplane.

Heard a story from one of their former fo's about the CA that has an alarm clock in the airplane to wake him up just before departure time...it's the fo starting the first engine...

nothing wrong with that, its when the capt has to be stirred from his sleep by the fo saying "before landing check" that might raise some eyebrows.
 
Management had this peculiar prejudice against people who wanted
the engines to run dependably on the piston Convairs....there were
some really good pilots flying for the company, though. Far better
than management deserved

Naw, the 240s were the "trainers". They just want to see how you handle having one shut down and the other on fire. Kinda makes me miss it a bit...
