Air Orlando CFI Pay?

Stopped by yesterday to grab some charts and saw that they are charging:

$46 primary
$49 everything else single-engine
$54 multiengine
$60 Cirrus

--Anyone know what is actually trickling-down to the instructors? Renting an SR-22 with instructor and fuel surcharge is $345.88 per hour!!! Wow.

It's amazing what schools charge vs. what they pay the instructor for the "privilege" of working for them.
