Anyone know anything about this company?

On climbto250 they have a posting for Metroliner III FO. But it says NO-SALARY position. So I would assume that would mean no pay what-so-ever.
 
If they are unwilling to pay a pilot, imagine what else they are going to try to skimp on. I believe they are a startup, or at least I think I have seen that in their previous job listings. If you want to work out of FSD, Business Aviation is a good company to send a resume to.
