Depended on where you were.

When I worked there, some of the mechanics were first rate, some were dirtbags. I think the biggest problem was that JO put a very low priority on applying any resources to the 1900 side of the house, jet always get the most money and best compensation for the mechanics. Most of the maintenance went from in-house to second or third party contractors with limited oversight. I lay the blame for that accident in CLT squarely on JO and his policies. Sure that company that contracted to do the maintenance in WV was directly responsible, but that jackass's policies made something like that almost inevitable. That's one of the reasons MAG has been trying to push for the W&B explanation to be the primary cause, so that they could keep nickel and diming 1900 maintenance.

Did I mention I am sooooo happy I am now no longer working for JO? If I never send out another resume, I'll retire out of where I am now happy.
