Air Grand Canyon Questions

Can someone please advise what are Air Grand Canyon's minimum requirements? I have around Part 135 VFR mins. Would that be enough to get onboard, or are they looking for significantly greater flight time than that?

What is the best month/time of the year to apply? Does AGC continually hire throughout the year?

What sort of flight hours would there roughly be in a typical month during the busy summer season, and in the off season?

Is there a training fee? I hope not.
