Has anyone here worked or know anyone that has worked for this outfit? They fly 402's to the Bahamas on demand. I just want to know anyhting regarding pay, MX, and the like. Thanks a lot!

They fly mostly bone fishermen to the bahamas and back. 90% day VFR, an occassional night flight or two. They operate 4 C-402's on demand. Your compensated $30.00 per flight hour, no benefits. Jan-July are their busy months and in the "off "season you work in the hanger at $15.00/hour to make up for the lack of flying. Decent a/c, but nothing unlike a typical flight school....old comm/nav equipment. Owners are straight forward and to the point. I decided not to take the job.
