anyone know air canada's jumpseat policy (specifically san francisco to vancouver) ?

I'd also like to try and fly a regional from the bay area to; the rocky mountain ski resorts, jackson hole, sun valley, etc.

any info's appreciated (united, delta, american don't work well for me).
