The poll format is no longer available (thankfully!), but out of curiosity:
Air ambulance pilots (fixed wing), how many hours a year do you average?
I worked for an outfit a few years ago, logged about 300 hrs in a year, now when I see the crews, they say they're down to 100-150 a year.
Thanks all for any info.

About 200 hours a year

It may be different thought for those who do not fly for a dedicated hospital. Maybe the guys with Critical Air who fly for multiple hospitals can weigh in with their thougts. At my operation, 200 hours a year is the norm.

20 hours a week. Usually fly two weeks per month.

I logged about 450 hours last year, on a 2 week on-2 week off schedule and the plane was grounded for maintenance for about 3 months out of the year.
