The most experienced pilots that are
Able to qualify medically.
 
A little anti-aging testosterone therapy and they will be chasing the FA's around the Holiday Inn again like they were 30 year old FO whippersnappers.

75 is the new 30. ;)

Very true and thank your favorite deity. The vast majority of the recommendations from the panel are nothing more than tax hikes to keep feeding the beast of government.
