AFOQT Question

I'm scheduled to take the AFOQT this next thursday. I've been studying like mad and feel as prepared as I can. The question I have is whether or not there is some registration fee I need to bring. Does the Air Force pay for the test or do I have to?

just another quick question. I'm assuming even basic calculators are a no no for the math section? I've been doing all the practice tests without one, but I figured it can't hurt to ask.
