I was researching some AFOQT gouge the other night when I came across a website that had an actual practice test one could take. It was 5 questions per section and would grade it for you and tell you the right answer. Problem is, I can't find it to get back to it. I checked my history in IE, but it empties after being there a day. Anyways, can someone point me in the right direction to get back to this test. Thanks a ton, and Merry Christmas!

Much thanks!

Do any of you find a problem with the first question of the Mechanical Comprehension section of the test?

1) As shaft S makes one complete turn from the position shown, C moves

The possible answers are A) Up and Down, B) Up Only, C) Down Only, D) Left then Right, and E) Right then Left.

I can see how A could be right, but only if the shaft did not move, leaving only the circle and part C to move. I hope there aren't questions like this on the real test...

Sure looks like it would move up and down to me. I go with A as the correct answer.

AxisVDP, you going the ROTC route instead of the Academy?

I'm applying to the Academy, an ROTC scholarship, and colleges with ROTC.

Why? Here's an image of what I thought happens.

Edit: Hmm... Maybe C stays still? That would make a lot more sense.
