I am completing my masters degree and have chosen the topic of AF pilot retention. With the release of the latest ACP criteria the AF has its thoughts on retention. I am looking at the same issue from the pilot's prespective. Those that are in transition from AD to civilian will provide me with a great data stream to determine the current reasoning for leaving or staying in the AF. The survey is on line, completely anonymous and will take maybe 5 minutes to complete. The demographics that I am shooting at are AD pilots, those recently separated, retired, returned to AD. Basically those that are "in the know" on current (last couple of years) AF issues. This survey is strictly for academic purposes.
