With this level of maturity as airline captain, it's no wonder why the career is going down hill.

Why do so many people take everything so personal when someone says something you don't like about the company your employed by? If they were talking about your wife, husband or children, I could understand. Some of you need to realize that these companies don't give anywhere near "a crap" about you, as you do them.

I guess if more people enjoyed their lives outside of work, then you wouldn't take things so personally about your employer.
