I'm looking to do an acro intro ride soon. I know OK3 at Heber has an EA 300L that comes out to $355 an hour dual. Is there any recommendations out there for a little cheaper ride? Provo has a Super Decathlon for less, those are the only two I'm aware of. Any insight?

Thanks!

Westminster college had a meco (I'm not sure if I spelled that right), they have a good reputation, but usually cost a lot.

Yeah, I'd do a flight or seven in a Decathalon before hopping into an Extra anyway. When I did my spin training in a Citabria, we also did some aerobatics. For me never having flown an aerobatic airplane, the Citabria was enough to start out with. An Extra 300 would be like hopping into a Dodge Viper right after getting your driver's license.

What you've got hold of there, partner, is central Utah. Northern Utah is Logan, Brigham City, Ogden, etc. Gotta stick up for the home state.

Well, that and I'm a teeny bit annoyed that there wasn't a Super Decathlon at PVU when I was still around.
