Aero peru flight 603 crash

Does anyone know if there is an NTSB report on the 1996 crash of a 757 in Peru. It was an Aero Peru 757. It's the one where the static ports were taped... ouch! I'm trying to find the final report but not having any luck. If you have a link I'd be very appreciative.

The official accident report from the government of Peru was issued by the DGTA for the Commission of Accident Investigations on January 17, 1997. The report is in Spanish, and is contained in the public record portion of this accident file. All annexes and any other supporting data must be obtained from the DGTA.

National Geographic had an hour long show on that accident on sunday or monday night.
It was pretty interesting...especially with the computer graphics of the recreation.
Gave me the chills when the underwater vehicle found the piece of aluminum that had the static ports on it...in this murky water you could clearly see the duct tape across the ports.
5 people had a chance to see the tape on the ports but since it was duct tape (not approved) it blended in with the plane (it was also 10-15' off the ground). Final blame was placed on the captain (he did the preflight), and shoddy maint. procedures (unapproved tape/aircraft washer forgetting to remove it). I think that boeing was also sued b/c of something about their product creating an environment that was unsafe (not sure the exact wording of this).

Right after NG had a special on the airbus that was chartered that ran out of fuel due to a fuel leak in the #1 eng. Those guys glided from FL390 and landed 135 miles away...pretty impressive.
