AE Application

Someone asked me at the airport today how they can go about getting an application to fill out for American Eagle. Does the person need to call them and request an app to be mailed?
If so, does anyone have a # that I can relay tomorrow?

A few years ago, you were able to fill one out online. I'm not sure if that's still true.
