We are looking to hire a medical flight to move someone (non ambulatory but with special medical needs) from the Midwest to Flroida.

Any advice and who to avoid? Better companies than others? The few people we have contacted all seem to be brokers.

They are actual part 135 operation, not a broker. I'd avoid brokers and work direct with them as an air ambulance company.
