I need to get a copy of my FAA 'Accident/Incident report' for a job application. Does anyone know how I get hold of this. I assume its asking for my Airman Record with the FAA, but I've had a rumage around on the FAA website and can't really see where I can get hold of it. Can anyone help me out with a 'link', number or process of how I can get a hold of it please.

Thanks.

Simple...
Just go to your friendly local FSDO office and ask them for a copy of it. They'll be able to pull a copy of it off thier website while you wait.

Call your local FSDO and request your full record, in other words one that includes the accident & incident portion. If you call the headquarters in Oklahoma, ask for the incident & accident office, it's actually a separate division with their own phone/fax numbers, etc. Good luck.
