What do you guys look for in a good flight academy/flight school?

Or, if you don't want to answer an open-ended question, how would you rank the importance of the following items:

1) One on one instruction
2) Over 100 hours of multi time as PIC (none of the safety pilot bs)
3) Housing at the airport included in the price of the program
4) Small class sizes (4 students or less starting each month)
5) New aircraft at a higher price
6) Older aircraft at a lower price
7) Ability to get a college degree at the same time as going through flight training
8) Possibility of being hired on after completing the program as a CFI (salaried position with housing provided).
9) 141 Program
10) Total of about 300 hours upon program completion

Just doing some research. Thanks! Michael

Sheble's in Las Vegas......you can't go wrong.

What are students looking for? Simple...The fastest way to the right seat of a JET! Not a turboprop. Cost does not matter if there is financing involved....like I said, simple.

How long does it take to get to CFI rating from intrument? I understand it's accelerated training?

Shebles has not been in Vegas for at least a year and a half, they are only in Kingman, AZ. I used to work there and would only recommend going there if you are willing to learn a lot on your own and are able to handle the fast training. I brought a buddy down who was able to handle the training as I just described and he went from Private to MEI (already had a private w/ 100 hrs) in about 5 or 6 weeks. He has turned out to be great CFI doing well in our hometown.
