ACA's Lawsuit

Did the bankrupcy judge rule on ACA's request that its future as a UAX carrier be clarified? I think the deadline was Feb 6th.

I believe ACA requested a hearing for the 24th.

My understanding is that united had their "meeting" on Feb. 6th. and ACA will go public with it on or about the 28th. That's all I've heard for now.

The judge ruled and now we wait

The judge granted ACA its motion on Feb. 6th to force United to make a decision as to keep or void ACA's fee-for-departure current contract. The motion calls for United to render its decision on Feb. 24th.
