This update will contain two items of interest.
Item 1. Bain Imposed Deadline
Today, ACA represented to the Negotiating Committee that they indeed were beyond their bid submission deadline and that United requested their bid be submitted as soon as possible. The company also informed us that ACA remains the only one of seven bidding carriers that does not have a bid submitted.
Your Negotiating Committee remains focused on the outstanding issues affecting our entire pilot group.
Item 2. Negotiating Progress
The Negotiating Committee met once again today with ACA's negotiating team.
