From a Front Line Pilot:
"The info packet I spoke of is coming out a little at a time and as early as next week. It details industry standard rates of pay, benefits, work rules, etc. for the low cost carriers we'll be competing with. This should be an eye opener for those not familiar with how well Air Tran, Jet Blue, Southwest, et al. are faring in this industry. Although the union is saying it's not a show of what we have been negotiating for, you can be assured it's not far off! Stay tuned."
