i am interveiwing with ACA in late february and was wondering if anyone could give me any pointers on what kind of questions they asked.
anything stick out that was wierd?
any hard technical questions?
and if anyone knows... how many pilots will they be hiring this year?
When I interviewed, the lead guy asked a TON of systems questions on the airplane we were flying (or had flown last, in my case). I've heard that this isn't typical from other ACA pilots, but in my case he went into a lot of detail on his questions.
THey were also VERY thorough on the 10-year background check (dates to the exact day, etc.), more so than any other airline I've interviewed at.
I think ACA is an excellent regional, and I'd be flying for them now if they hired me.
He's got an interview for the Pilot Bridge Program Internship. You'll notice he goes to ERAU at Prescott. While ACA is conducting interviews on a very limited scale right now (mine was Jan 7) They continue to support their internship bridge program.
