Does anybody know of any place to get a cheap AC Cart near Burbank, CA?

Does anybody know of any Flight departments closing their doors that might have an AC Cart?

There is a place, Victory GSE, in socal. I think they are by LAX. They rebuild stuff like that and lease 'em too.
