Stand by to stand by is the line thinking right now. I believe we'll get a clearer vision after the holiday rush.
From my narrow perspective I know the loads on the airplane I fly(767) are up significantly and have been for quite awhile. How that translates into future fleet design I haven't a clue. I will go out on a limb and say that I don't think we'll be hiring for awhile.
