You say lets keep the outside party out of our company. The truth is when the union is voted in, it will be made up of Flight Options pilots and run by Flight Options pilots. The leaders we will elect will come from our ranks. It should make things easier for you because you will speak with us as one voice.
I ask you bob, why do you say you want to keep it "in the family" then quietly hire Ford and Harrison, a Union Busting Firm, to come in and run your anti-union campaign?
Let's keep it in the family. Flight Options pilots, speaking with one voice, and management speaking with their voice. Since we are so focused on profitability I don't understand why you would pay lots of cash to an OUTSIDE party to stop us from speaking to you and truly focusing on safety, service and profitability.
