I'm looking for a webpage that gives "plain-english" explanations of FAR"s. I know this page exists, I just cant think of the name. I thought it was something like "Doc's FAR webpage". Any help would be appreciated.

do a google search under "electronic code of federal regulations". Once you find that site, look under title 14 of of the CFRs...everything should be explained to you in plain english there.
