A lot of them were ready to sh1t on their former fellow pilots that got on board and then furloughed after 7 months with airways during preferential interviews. (meaning they intended to vote no as far as letting us back on the wholly owned property after furlough). Really makes me want to help them get a flow through...... :puke:

I never heard of such a proposal...was this a Piedmont thing? Never heard of a flowback proposal.

Yes, there was a flowback proposal, and in typical ALPA fashion, the whole thing got blown to crap. Once the guys flowed to MDA and then needed a new home, the PDT guys said...uhmmmm...no.... So once again, greed rears it's ugly head and people get screwed.

Fortunately with this decision, some normalcy has come back....

Normalcy? USAPA has the legal gunsights right back on their forehead and are dumb enought to do it again! Most people learn from their mistakes, not USAPA.

Hmmm....seems as though Carl needs to take some earlier advice.

go on the back porch, pop a beer.

then take the 9th's decision, the T/A agreement and reread them.

Then take a deep breath, as everything is going to be ok.....

Accepting reality will set you free......

BTW Where'd your army go?

Just re-read the TA and the company has already accepted the list it refers to and how it should be produced thru ALPA merger policy. Also saw the feel good letter Parker and Lakefield put out after the merge with their major tenents of fairness to be followed? DOH doesn't look to fit into either of those documents but is found in USAPA's CBL's, what a dilema!!! Is USAPA brave enought to put their list across the table when the injuction is lifted and what will Parker do?

P.S.- Nice cyber strike at the AOL and CactusPilot websites this week, keep it classy USAPA pilots! Couldn't figure out the AWAPPA site to hack?
