Does the Captain under 91K have to have a 1st class medical??
The regs say the captain has to have an ATP I believe; therefore, wouldn't that require a 1st class?
Also, if half your day is 91K and the other half is just 91, does all of that count towards the 10 hour flight time restriction or just the 91K portion??
