We operate a Falcon 900EX EASy in a part 91 operation, and want to rid ourselves of the paper Jeppesen's we carry. "The whole world".
Was interested in what similar operations are doing to back up the data in lew of paper. Thanks in advance..I did search the forum but nothing there that helped.

Two EFB's and a laptop with the current database should it. May want to buy one more EFB to keep at home base as a back-up. They are not cheap though.
We used these at Landry's with UltraNav, GPS positioning through-out the flight, and WSI weather link. All worked great, I really miss the EFB's.

Have you contacted Dassault?

I believe that they are delivering new airplanes with EFB's now.

I'm leaning towards the FG-7000's for our 900B. Whatever you do, make sure to demo them first even if it's only for one trip. Nothing like "try before you buy".

we have the ADR FG4000 in one aircraft and another aircraft has the ADR7000. Go with the 7000. Both have GPS and XM weather which is awesome.

Just repeating the spiel from Dasault. We rejected this due to the cost. - More than the Honeywell EFB in th epic.

Want a Falcon but just gotta have an electronic flight bag (EFB)? Worry no more: Falcon manufacturer Dassault said this month it is now offering a hard-mounted EFB on all of its new Falcon 2000DX, 2000EX, 900DX and 900EX aircraft. The new system is based on the CMC Electronics PilotView product and will offer airport, departure and approach charts, along with graphical real-time weather information. The Class II unit is on either the pilot's or co-pilot's side of the cockpit and is certified for all phases of flight. "We believe the PilotView EFB gives our operators the most advanced Electronic Flight Bag in corporate aviation," said Eric Monsel, vice president of programs for Dassault Falcon. "With its solid-state design, PilotView makes a terrific supplement to our EASy flight deck and provides to our cockpit a paperless capability."
