737 earpiece or headset?

I am new to the 737NG, but not to Boeing. When I flew the old stuff like the 727 and MDs' DC-10 I used the Telex earpiece with a custom mold. I now need a headset or earpiece with a boom mic. I don't really like headsets, had enough of those at the commuters. Any 737 guys that use an earpiece have any suggestions. I've seen the Sennheuser, but again would prefer to stay away from the headsets.

Thanks, I was flying troops in and out of Kuwait for awhile and they let me play with some of their toys.
