601 and 604 questions

Could someone tell me the differences btn the two aircrafts?
Is it under the SAME type rating?

No, they are seperate types. I have been told that most of the differences are with the avionics for the most part.

I dont know much more than that though.

Basic airframe is the same - 604 weighs more, carries more fuel, has different avionics - things of that nature.

The 600 and 601 is a common type and the 604 is a seperate type but that never made much snse to me - there is more of a difference between a 600 and 601 than there is between a 601 and 604.
