A while back there was some back-and-forth about how Mesaba's guys would rush to flow thru to NWA...the first round is over...6 out of the top 100...that's it...most of the lower seniority guys and girls indicate that they will flow thru given the chance...

The "flow" was so readily put in place by management as a propaganda tool. It helped with pilot recruitment to unattractive regional jobs like Mesaba. Think about it. They needed pilots...and badly. When NWA merges and/or the Saabs go bye-bye, all these regional guys will be on the streets anyway. But in the meantime management got their pilots and only had to flow a few guys here and there to make it look legit.
