Does this mean presenting ANY false information to someone, or just false information that would be a felony or be in regards to aviaiton?
Long story short, buddy at college got his parking pass taken away and fabricated a story to try and get it back. He was charged with "Knowingly furnishing false information to university personnel." Is there anyway that would deter him from obtaining a flying job or getting a SIDA badge?
Or even appear on any background check? On an application for emplyment is there such a question as
Have you ever provided false information? and if there was that question would you have to say yes even though it was not a real crime?
Thanks a bunch
