You and your 3 day trips. You whinny little baby, why don't you go cry to momma. It takes a man to do four days and like it. Guess we know what you are.

ASA doesn't have enough. I think around 50 3 day lines this last bid out of 338 lines on the 50 seater.

I don't know where you work so this could be old news to ya.

You're bitching about 3 day trips? Most of the lineholders here have 4 day trips all month. I thought 3 day trips were short.

Im at asa and well aware of the SH 4-day is the most efficient trip speech, just curious as to how others stacked up to us.

You mean not everyone does 4 leg locals?

Overnights??? :puke:

Whiny Bitch!

I may be a whiny little bitch, but I love 3days. I was able to hold them for a long time-all the way until SH showed up. What a sorry excuse for a manager.

3 day trips are a thing of the past. For almost every airline in the industry. The only way anyone is going to see them again is if they are negotiated for, period. Since 4 days are more efficient--in today's economy especially--management is not going to wave the wand and magically give everyone 3 on 4 off.

This maybe true if your a hub and spoke guy, but for us point to point guys three day trips are more common and very efficient.

seems like the airplane could be on any kind of rotation with a hub and spoke. the crew could be on a 3 day, day line or 2 day all of which would save the company $$ and make crews happy while the a/c is on a 4,5, or 9 day rotation for that matter

At Pinnacle, for the month of April, we had no 4-day trips. It was highspeeds, 1, 2, and 3 day trips. No 4 days.

Sound good?

Nope, most pilots got hosed over and got two, 3-day trips back-to-back.

Now for May, we are back to the way it was before... highspeeds, 1, 2, 3, and 4 day trips.
