Ya you better dump the thing and get the nose down. Some of the most nerve racking flying I've done... but still kinda fun in a masochistic way.

I once saw a banner pilot drop one, then come around and pick up another. The pick up was just amazing.

I hope the link works.

Anyone know if the Citabria was one of Garrets?

Lose an engine in a banner plane, you better think quick!

CE, i don't yet know if it was, but i won't be surprised. Saw the stupidest thing in a very long time on Sat.. 2 of his planes, a yellow Cit, and the AG plane.. didn't remember hearing either one on the radio, but the Cit pulls out onto 32 as the other one is on final... short final.. and the Cit is just sitting there, and i'm figuring, well, the other guys GOTTA see this idiot just sitting there, he'll do a go-around... nope, he continues onward.. so now we have 2 idiots, finally the Cit moves and i swear if there were 50 yards between them, it was a lot... morons. But, i figure another "accident" or 2 and he'll be out of business permanently.. hopefully someone won't have to die first.
