If you've got any pay data from ten years back or so at your airline would you please either post it in this thread or PM me with it? I'd like to get a good idea of how much we've lost on the average in real dollars. My gut feeling is that the dollar numbers are close to the same as they were back then but we've lost a good 20-30% to inflation.
