The original announcement was to furlough 125.

Now 197 notices of intent to furlough are going to be sent out this week. That will make the total number of furloughed CAL pilots 637 effective May 2.

According to Gordon Bethune, no one at CAL has taken a paycut except for himself. Sh!t!

Bethune Bonus? Lame..........

And how high was Bethune's total bonus in 2002? Something like $11 million? UNBELIEVABLE....... This is an industry full of hypocrites!

Are any of these guys going to flowback to COEX?

They are all eligible but the union says only about 80% will take the flowback. I feel really bad for those Express guys that had hopes of returning this summer and fall...

pease wake me up in two years. :(

Not just for the guys that were planning on returning, but what about the guys that are going to get furloughed at Express when the mainline guys come online? :(
