Anybody have a aircraft valuator or blue book?

I have a 1956 Cessna 172 that I accuired (unfortunately). It has like 2200 TT a fresh overhaul (new ECI cylinders, carb has been rebuilt etc, jasco alternator, overhauled prop, new exhaust, rebuilt nose wheel, new tires and brakes all around, new glass, new interior, new fuel tanks, new interior, fuel totalizer, engine analyzer, ECI electric engine gauges, all the instruments were overhauled, rebuilt fuel selector/primer, new seat tracks. Cheapy valcom, cheapy narco. The interior/panel will be nice, and the rest of the airplane in good shape. The only thing it needs is paint. Does anybody on here have an idea what this aircraft would be worth? This was the 26th Cessna 172 out of the factory.
