So who is it, Mesa or Skyway? Based and overnight at MCI, beech 1900D sometimes in mesa colors and sometimes in us air express colors.

Thanks in advance

Uhh...if its in Mesa colors...my bet is that it is Mesa. Just a guess though. ;)

Sounds like Mesa/Air Midwest - they do USAir Express flying, which would explain the two different paint jobs. From what I recall, the Mesa/Air Midwest planes have N-numbers that end in "YV". And if I recall correctly, Mesa/Air Midwest flew out of MCI to some other cities in KS such as GCK, HYS and DDC, among others, for USAir.

I don't recall what the SkyWays planes have for an N-number: it might be NxxxSK.

Thanks, yeah i knew Midwest / skyway had a presence in KC.... didnt think mesa did. Thanks for the insight.

Hmmmm.... last I looked we didn't have any planes out there and we don't fly for USAir...Im guessing it is Air Midwest.

Its been a while since I have been to MCI (1.5 yrs), But I have seen Mesa B1900's (in Mesa colors) operating in and out of there.

Mesa/Air Midwest...can't be SYX.

Skyway is not there but mother Midwest is there with the 717's and MD-80's.

uhh

Sometimes the answer is in the question. No SYX in MCI. I promise you this. The only time I see MCI on my release is if I needed an alternate for GRR or FNT. :)

Maybe Uncle Jim is finally starting up ops down in MCI;)
