Options or Netjet folks, please offer your opinion on my scenario.

Want: fractional posn.

Currently: flying 135 on demand in Citation 500 series (no type) and King-Airs, generally decent experience. ATP 2700 TT 500ME etc.

Problem: It's terrible $ and only about 150 hrs of time/year. and I've discovered that my boss isn't paying for any more types on people that will just go off to Execjet (like about 3 people that did it on him). You have to be 50+ yr old misfit or have violations to get typed where I work it seems because they stay for life.

Question: Should I go 121 for experience and upgrade possibility or try to find another 135 gig (have to move for certain).

Regards to all

No offense but it seems you answered it yourself.

150hrs/yr! might sound good sometimes but thats just too few. Especially if you say the pay is bad. No sense having a lot of free time if you cant spend money.
