135 Tax Benefits

I hear all the time that owners of 91 like to put their planes on a 135 for tax reasons. What are they and where do I find these reasons in writing?

In some states you may not have to pay sales tax on the aircraft when you have it in charter service.

Check your state tax code to be 100% sure. In some states it is written more plainly than others.
