I'm studying 135 regs for a 135 cargo interview. Obviously I'm not familiar with 135 rules because I've been flying solely part 91. Any suggestions on how to go about studying the important regs? Anything that people love to ask during interviews? Pounding through the regs page by page has been working so far but I'm trying to be a little more effective than that.

Doing just what you're doing. Pick up the regulations and read them. They're short, to the point, and cover everything you'll need to know, except operations specifications.

If you have the ASA version of the FAR/AIM, there's a suggested study list at the front of the book. It lists important regs for each certificate or rating. There are a whole mess of 135 regs listed for the ATP, I've been using those as a starting point.
