135 Pilot Background Check

What is involved in the background checks? Would driving infractions need to be reported? What about an old minor in possesion of alcohol? What if that charge was expunged?

I had mine a year ago, and my minor never came up or speeding tickets ect. I think they are really looking for Violent behavior, domestic abuse ect. I don't think any minor infringements will count against you. As long as you didn't kill anyone you should be alright.
