As mentioned above, they, they being the company you are looking to go to work for, will train you accordingly. As far as take off mins, each operator is capable through their ops specs to have different mins as long as it is not lower then the regs. Do go and take an IFR refresher, just in case they want you to fly under the hood before being hired. Many operators require that. Best of luck.
