135 Duty Spreadsheet anyone?

Any of you folks ever make up a spread sheet to figure out duty times?

I have one from my old company. Also have permission to use it, and they won't mind me sharing it.

Its in MSWord format, just change the name on it. I'll email it to you. (Or at least try)

Do you need a form for annual / quarterly flight time too?
