Comments welcome:

My 135/91 management company just sold out to a competeing 135 in the area (not gonna name company names). The new company took all our our airplanes and crews (no layoffs). Sounds ok so far right?

The new company expects the crews to now travel 60 miles each way down the road to start our day at where some of the airplanes are now to be based. Some planes will stay at original locaton. So, relocateing down to the new base isnt a good idea since some flights will be out of original domicile.

New uniforms are to be purchased by the pilots (unreimbursed).
Salary is to remain the same as it was before buyout.
In essence, u just took a paycut with increased expenses.

ahh... gotta love the reasons why we became pilots!
